A Denver-based law firm relocated into atypical office space overlooking the pedestrian-busy 16th Street Mall. The reception area and primary conference take advantage of a 2-story glass atrium while a second conference also plays host for receptions on a large outdoor deck. Custom designed and fabricated millwork pieces include a reception desk, book shelving and conference wall. The selected carpet tile, linoleum and wood veneer realize the Tenant's desire for a "green" project.
