In her 17th year at Saiber Saiber Amanda has developed a loyal and appreciative following of building owners and property managers including Brookfield Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, Gemini Rosemont, Callahan Management, and Lincoln Property Company. They rely on her expertise with BOMA standards, code and accessibility requirements, the integration of allied mechanical and electrical consultants but most of all the uncompromised effort for the best built response to the tenant, owner or manager's objectives.

As the firm lead for interior architecture tenant work Amanda has had hands-on involvement in over 750 projects. Project sizes and scope range from 350sf restroom remodels to 120,000+sf headquarter relocations in more than 30 buildings within the Denver and surrounding Metro areas. In addition to the tenant work, project types span into custom multi-family design, assisted care, mental health, retail, food service and mixed-use commercial.
