A national focus group opened a downtown
facility to take advantage of the Denver market. The program for the 9,100SF
space focused on the development of four suites. The suite layouts respond to
specific requirements of the facility with interview and client rooms separated
by one-way mirrored glass and individual amenities including a sink, tiered
seating, adjacent conference room and varying capacity spaces. The final design
responds to the needs of both the marketers and the participants.
