Building management was looking for an exciting way to entice new Tenants through open plan contemporary space blended with more traditionally configured private office space. Open ceilings, glass conference and office fronts and a mix of exposed concrete and carpet plank flooring lend a bright avid expansive feel to all the suites. A mix of new lighting fixtures building standard materials and a playful experience of grid and tile ceiling and open deck planning show the potential and new ideas of signature downtown high-rise.
