Four townhomes clustered around a central open court were allowed under this PUD modification to zoning.  The units are organized somewhat as front to back duplexes with living spaces only abutting along a short dimension of sound attenuated party wall.  The quieter functions of bedrooms are placed where they are furthest from other ownerships and surrounded by three exterior walls.  The south west unit rises to a third floor studio and outdoor deck which captures views across the front range.  The project was developed and constructed by our allied entity.
