The development of both the owner's and the neighboring speculative single family residences in the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood provided the client an opportunity to better control the influences of inevitable next door construction.  Without compromising marketability, the massing of the adjacent building was done in a way to maximize views from and solar access to the owner's home and their outdoor use areas.   Saiber Saiber assisted in the development, provided all architectural services and functioned as the general contractor.
